本课程分基础篇、专题篇与应用篇。基础篇分两章，主要讲述企业经济学的基础理论、研究方法等。专题篇分六章：企业资本运营、企业兼并与收购、公司治理、公司战略、企业竞争力、企业社会责任。应用篇分五章：家族企业与民营企业经济学、跨国企业经济学、金融企业经济学、服务企业经济学、特殊领域企业经济学专题。
英文内容简介
This course includes basic topics， special topics， and applied topics. The basic topics are mainly about the basic theory and research methods of business economics. The special topics include six chapters， they are Capital Operation， Mergers and Acquisitions， Corporate Governance， Corporate Strategy， Corporate competitiveness， Corporate Social Responsibility. The applied topics are divided into five chapters： the family business and private enterprise economics， the multinational business economics， the finance business economics， the services business economics， and the other topic specific areas of business economics.
