1987年于华东理工大学 生物化学专业获工学士学位
2004年7月来厦门大学生科院工作以后,主要从事蛋白质组学、微生物学与免疫学实验、高级微生物学等课程的教学工作。
主要研究兴趣：微生物等天然产物中基于分子靶点的潜在小分子药物的开发.
主要研究方向：基于Hsp90靶点的小分子抑制剂类抗肿瘤等药物先导化合物的发现;Hsp90客户蛋白数据库的挖掘、客户蛋白的预测及靶点功能研究;小分子抑制剂对Hsp90介导的客户蛋白相关细胞信号通路及其代谢途径的网络调控机制及其与疾病的关联性分析。

Research Areas: Screening for drug leading compounds from Marine Microbial and other natural resources. Research interests mainly focus on the antitumor inhibitor of Hsp90; based on the database of client proteins of Hsp90 to predict a potential client protein, in further to probe the mechanism of small inhibitor in regulating signal pathway and metabolism network.
